Project Overview
TW Cleaning came to me through a recommendation, looking to give the business a stronger presence online. Until then, most of its visibility came through Facebook, so the aim was to create a dedicated website that could help more people discover the business, understand the services available, and ultimately get in touch.
With no existing website or particular design direction to follow, I was given plenty of freedom to come up with something from scratch. Starting with a Squarespace template, I created a design specifically around TW Cleaning, giving the business a clean and professional online home while keeping everything straightforward for potential customers to use.
My Approach
With plenty of creative freedom on this one, I focused on keeping the website simple and letting the business, previous work and customer feedback do the talking. The services are clearly laid out, with a dedicated gallery showcasing previous cleaning work and a reviews page bringing together the positive feedback TW Cleaning had already built up.
The whole project was managed through Facebook Messenger, where I shared the initial design before carrying the same look and feel across the rest of the website. The first direction landed straight away, which made this one of the smoothest builds I've worked on, and since completion, the new site has already been getting plenty of positive feedback on its new look.
